QS Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer based in Dubai. The QS Engineer will be responsible for cost management, including cost control, planning, and reporting. The role also entails preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), analyzing project costs, and assisting in budget management to ensure project success while maintaining cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 7 years experience as QS Engineer in Consultancy in DUBAI.
• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in relevant software and tools used for cost estimation and project management
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in construction and engineering consultancy projects is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
