Job Title: Junior Accountant (E-Commerce)We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling accounts, reconciliations, and financial records with accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, and books of accounts</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Reconcile bank statements, payment gateways, and e-commerce platforms</li><li>Manage GST entries, returns, and compliance</li><li>Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and expense reports</li><li>Track sales, returns, and refunds across online marketplaces</li><li>Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and records for audits</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Junior Accountant (preferably in e-commerce/retail industry)</li><li>Good knowledge of accounting principles and GST</li><li>Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance</li><li>Relevant accounting certification will be an added advantage</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance Contract length: 24 monthsPay: ₹10,277.87 - ₹28,590.28 per monthWork Location: In person
