This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment dedicated to excellence in automotive repair.Duties<ul><li>Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues accurately.</li><li>Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, steering, and electrical components.</li><li>Repair or replace critical components such as shocks &amp; struts, air brakes, powertrain parts, and perform wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling.</li><li>Execute routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire service, wheel balancing, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for tasks like welding, auto body repair, and component replacements.</li><li>Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical systems and diesel engines.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring vehicles meet quality standards before returning to customers.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven mechanic experience with dealership or independent shops preferred; familiarity with GM vehicles is a plus.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and schematics for precise troubleshooting.</li><li>Ability to perform diesel engine repairs and work with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology.</li><li>Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive repair machinery safely and effectively.</li><li>Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, tire service, alignments, shocks &amp; struts replacement.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to repairs and maintenance tasks.</li><li>Good communication skills for working with team members and providing exceptional customer service.
