Academy Coordinator.Location: ChandigarhKey Responsibilities1. Telecalling, Admissions &amp; Execution <ul><li>Handle inquiries for all courses (implantology, hands-on workshops, certification programs, online/offline courses).</li><li>Counsel prospective students regarding course details, fees, schedules, and eligibility.</li><li>Manage the entire admission lifecycle &mdash; lead follow-up, documentation, registration, fee collection, and onboarding.</li><li>Maintain and update the admission database and dashboards.</li><li>Achieve monthly/quarterly admissions targets.</li></ul>2. Academic Operations &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Prepare and manage course calendars, faculty schedules, and class planning.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, trainers, guest faculty, and internal teams for smooth session execution.</li><li>Ensure all course materials, kits, instruments, and equipment are arranged before each class.</li><li>Oversee logistics for hands-on sessions, workshops, and clinical demonstrations.</li><li>Maintain student attendance, assessments, certificates, and feedback records.</li></ul>3.
