We foster a collaborative; international working environment focused on innovation and quality.&#8239;Role SummaryRole Summary: We are seeking a proactive and versatile Office &amp; Social Media Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Pune office and a creative voice for our brand. This multifaceted role requires a blend of strong administrative skills, a flair for social media, and a supportive attitude toward talent management functions. The ideal candidate will be a key hub for both internal operations and external communication.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk &amp; Office Administration:<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors and clients, managing the reception area, visitor log and maintaining a professional environment.</li><li>Control access to production floor and secured offices.</li><li>Coordinate and manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative tasks.</li><li>Organize and maintain digital office files and records.</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements for Directors and facilitate their visits as necessary.</li><li>Manage employee ID card administration.</li><li>Manage meeting room availability bookings.</li></ul>Social Media Management:<ul><li>Coordinate with UK marketing team to align marketing strategy and brand positioning.</li><li>Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).</li><li>Monitor social media channels, interact with the online community, and respond to comments and messages.</li><li>Track and analyse social media performance to report on key metrics and optimize content strategy.</li><li>Stay informed of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.</li></ul>Talent Management Support:<ul><li>Assist the Talent Manager with various HR-related tasks, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.</li><li>Maintain and update candidate and employee databases with confidentiality.</li><li>Help in organizing HR documents and assisting with the new hire onboarding process.</li></ul>Essential Skills<ul><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in verbal and written English.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A high degree of professionalism and well-mannered conduct.</li></ul>Desirable Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot).</li><li>Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role.</li><li>Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
