Job Title: Office & Social Media Coordinator (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

Gender : Female

Reports to: Operations Manager / Talent Manager

Working Mode: 5 Days in office (Full-Time)

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and versatile Office & Social Media Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Pune office and a creative voice for our brand. This multifaceted role requires a blend of strong administrative skills, a flair for social media, and a supportive attitude toward talent management functions. The ideal candidate will be a key hub for both internal operations and external communication.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Office Administration:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors and clients, managing the reception area, visitor log and maintaining a professional environment.
  • Control access to production floor and secured offices.
  • Coordinate and manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain digital office files and records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for Directors and facilitate their visits as necessary.
  • Manage employee ID card administration.
  • Manage meeting room availability bookings.

Social Media Management:

  • Coordinate with UK marketing team to align marketing strategy and brand positioning.
  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Monitor social media channels, interact with the online community, and respond to comments and messages.
  • Track and analyse social media performance to report on key metrics and optimize content strategy.
  • Stay informed of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Talent Management Support:

  • Assist the Talent Manager with various HR-related tasks, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate and employee databases with confidentiality.
  • Help in organizing HR documents and assisting with the new hire onboarding process.

Essential Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high degree of professionalism and well-mannered conduct.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot).
  • Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes. (ZOHO experience would be an advantage).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva for creating social media content.

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3 to 6 years of proven experience in an administrative, front office, or social media role.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
