The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating custom graphic designs to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate for our customers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Consult with customers to understand their design preferences and provide recommendations</li><li>Utilize basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite to create custom designs</li><li>Ensure 5 star customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products and excellent service</li><li>Answer the phone and respond to email and voicemail as quickly as possible.</li><li>Make sure all artwork is finalized and transferred to production</li><li>Review previous day's orders to prioritize artwork and printing</li><li>Ensure 24 hour turnaround orders met ahead of schedule</li><li>Assist with merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment</li><li>Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficiency in basic graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>You have worked in a retail environment for at least one year.</li><li>You are excellent at being articulate in emails. We email a lot!</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and passion for customer service</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for design</li><li>Knowledge of printing techniques and materials is a plus</li><li>If you are savvy about social networking (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.), you get extra points!</li><li>If you have been a key holder (open/close) for a small business, you get extra points!</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities:<ul><li>Timely opening and closing procedures</li><li>Solve production hold-ups in professional manner and communicate with customers</li><li>Review orders &ldquo;in the pipeline&rdquo; and send follow-ups when appropriate</li><li>Receive, put away and perform monthly inventory counts</li><li>Assist with production once customer responsibilities are met</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Starts at $18.00 per hour with bonuses available based on personal and store sales goalsExpected schedule: 40 hours per week<ul><li>We are open Monday through Friday from 9am - 6pm and Saturday from 9am - 1pm.
