Job Title: Marketing Executive (Real Estate &amp; Construction) Location: Madurai (On-site) Company: Plan &amp; BuiltResponsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop relationships with potential clients seeking real estate and construction opportunities.</li><li>Conduct property and project site visits, providing detailed information to prospective buyers or clients.</li><li>Negotiate property sales, project contracts, and agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and the company.</li><li>Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the Madurai region.</li><li>Collaborate with the legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth and transparent transactions.</li><li>Prepare and present sales reports, marketing performance data, and forecasts.</li><li>Represent the company professionally during client meetings, expos, and events.</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service and follow up with clients promptly to ensure satisfaction.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.</li><li>Good understanding of real estate and construction industry trends (preferred).</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet business targets.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive attitude.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related fields.</li><li>Candidates with BBA, MBA, or Diploma in Civil Engineering are also encouraged to apply.</li><li>Must be currently located in Madurai or willing to work full-time from Madurai.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
