Job Title: Marketing Executive (Real Estate & Construction)

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients seeking real estate and construction opportunities.
• Conduct property and project site visits, providing detailed information to prospective buyers or clients.
• Negotiate property sales, project contracts, and agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and the company.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the Madurai region.
• Collaborate with the legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth and transparent transactions.
• Prepare and present sales reports, marketing performance data, and forecasts.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, expos, and events.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow up with clients promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
• Good understanding of real estate and construction industry trends (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Candidates with BBA, MBA, or Diploma in Civil Engineering are also encouraged to apply.
• Must be currently located in Madurai or willing to work full-time from Madurai.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
