With a ready inventory of over 200 pharma-grade products, we ensure Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery and seamless supply chain reliability.As we launch a first-of-its-kind, next-generation B2B e-commerce platform, we are seeking passionate and driven professionals to join our team.Job Title: Operations &amp; Sourcing Executive &ndash; ExcipientsLocation: ThaneExperience: 1&ndash;3 years preferred (Freshers with relevant background may also apply) Industry: Pharma / Life Sciences / Chemicals / E-commerceKey ResponsibilitiesVendor Identification &amp; Management<ul><li>Conduct market research to identify potential manufacturers, especially in the pharma excipients sector.</li><li>Evaluate and onboard vendors in line with company quality and operational standards.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both domestic and international suppliers.</li></ul>Negotiation &amp; Cost Optimization<ul><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to drive cost efficiencies.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs.</li></ul>Vendor Performance &amp; Risk Mitigation<ul><li>Monitor vendor performance and proactively resolve quality or compliance issues.</li><li>Identify potential risks (e.g. supply chain disruption, vendor reliability) and implement mitigation plans.</li></ul>Market Intelligence &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and innovations related to excipients and sourcing.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing and procurement functions.</li></ul>Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with:<ul><li>A graduate/postgraduate degree in Sales &amp; Marketing, International Business, Pharma, or Life Sciences.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms will be considered an added advantage.</li></ul>Preferred Academic Background<ul><li>B.Pharm / M.Pharm</li><li>B.Sc. / M.Sc.
