With a ready inventory of over 200 pharma-grade products, we ensure Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery and seamless supply chain reliability.

As we launch a first-of-its-kind, next-generation B2B e-commerce platform, we are seeking passionate and driven professionals to join our team.

Job Title: Operations & Sourcing Executive – Excipients

Location: Thane

Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with relevant background may also apply)
Industry: Pharma / Life Sciences / Chemicals / E-commerce

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Identification & Management

• Conduct market research to identify potential manufacturers, especially in the pharma excipients sector.
• Evaluate and onboard vendors in line with company quality and operational standards.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both domestic and international suppliers.

Negotiation & Cost Optimization

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to drive cost efficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs.

Vendor Performance & Risk Mitigation

• Monitor vendor performance and proactively resolve quality or compliance issues.
• Identify potential risks (e.g. supply chain disruption, vendor reliability) and implement mitigation plans.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and innovations related to excipients and sourcing.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing and procurement functions.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

• A graduate/postgraduate degree in Sales & Marketing, International Business, Pharma, or Life Sciences.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms will be considered an added advantage.

Preferred Academic Background

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
