Executive Maintenance

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on high-speed packaging machinery to ensure consistent operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues in packaging equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment upgrades, line modifications, and new equipment installations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
• Implement and follow quality assurance procedures to meet production standards and improve workflow reliability.
• Monitor equipment performance and proactively recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of high-speed packaging machinery or similar industrial equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
