Accounts &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.</li></ul>Purchase &amp; Inventory Accounting<ul><li>Update purchase entries accurately in the accounting system.</li><li>Manage purchase inward and outward entries in coordination with the Manufacturing stores/warehouse team.</li><li>Update purchase orders for both manufacturing and corporate locations.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Reconciliation<ul><li>Perform GSTR-3B purchase reconciliation on a monthly basis.</li><li>Assist in maintaining accurate financial documentation for audits and statutory compliance.</li><li>Contact vendors regarding purchase transactions, outstanding invoices, discrepancies, and required clarifications.</li><li>Ensure all invoices are updated, verified, and processed promptly for payment.</li><li>Assist in maintaining accurate financial documentation for audits and statutory compliance.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in accounts payable, purchase accounting, or similar roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST-related processes.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP / SAP &ndash; specify as applicable).</li><li>Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of transactions.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
