Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender and/or Server to join our dynamic team. As an employee of Plank Town you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, food, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success in this role.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area/server station, including washing glassware, bussing tables, and helping out where needed.</li><li>Engage with customers, taking drink orders, food orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.</li><li>Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and patrons.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.</li><li>Proficiency in using the POS system or similar point-of-sale technology is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with food handling practices within the food industry to ensure compliance with health standards.</li><li>Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service experiences.</li></ul>Join our team as a Bartender and/or Server where your skills will shine, and your passion for hospitality will create memorable experiences for our guests!Job Type: Part-timePay: $14.70 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Evening shift</li></ul>Work Location: In person
