Your positive attitude and proactive approach will help create an inviting atmosphere for clients, visitors, and team members alike.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries efficiently</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, including digital records using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools</li><li>Perform data entry, proofread documents, and handle correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management for staff or executives</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices</li><li>Handle clerical responsibilities including filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies</li></ul>&lt;Requirements&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs</li><li>Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly</li><li>Prior customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively in a busy environment</li><li>Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus; personal assistant experience is beneficial but not required</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your organizational talents shine!
