LEARN THE ROPES We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven, and clinically skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with current ACLS certification to join our elite plastic surgery and aesthetic practice serving five board-certified plastic surgeons.This role is ideal for a confident provider who thrives in both post-operative surgical care and aesthetic sales performance.Sales are expected. This is a salary + commission position.!Primary Role &amp; ResponsibilitiesYou will serve as the primary postoperative provider, seeing patients at:<ul><li>1-week post-op</li><li>3-week post-op</li><li>3-month post-op</li><li>Early post-operative complication evaluations</li></ul>You will independently run a 2,200 sq ft clinic space with front desk support.Clinical Responsibilities:<ul><li>Postoperative surgical management</li><li>Pre-operative labs and testing coordination</li><li>Medication management in collaboration with physicians</li><li>E-prescribing medications, including narcotics</li><li>Suturing (REQUIRED)</li><li>Wound care management (strongly preferred)</li><li>Chart auditing (mandatory)</li><li>Articulate clinical concerns to physicians when outside scope</li><li>Occasional OR assistance</li><li>Occasional Med-Spa duties</li></ul>Although there is no formal call schedule, physicians may occasionally request assistance with medication call-ins or clinical matters.Must meet all TMB requirements and pass a background check.Aesthetic &amp; Med-Spa ResponsibilitiesExperience preferred (training available for the right candidate):<ul><li>GLP-1 weight loss management (REQUIRED competency)</li><li>Hormone replacement therapy (highly preferred)</li><li>Fillers &amp; Neurotoxins (training available)</li><li>PRP</li><li>IPL</li></ul>You will actively promote:<ul><li>Surgery procedures</li><li>Med-Spa treatments</li><li>GLP-1 weight loss programs</li><li>Hormone therapy</li><li>Retail products</li><li>Promotions and seasonal offers</li></ul>Sales Expectations (Critical)This position requires strong sales confidence and ethical upselling skills.You will:<ul><li>Sell postoperative garments</li><li>Sell vitamins and supplements</li><li>Recommend wound healing products</li><li>Sell silicone strips</li><li>Promote hormone therapy</li><li>Promote GLP-1 programs</li><li>Upsell aesthetic treatments</li><li>Drive retail sales</li></ul>Commission-based earnings include:<ul><li>Garments</li><li>Vitamins</li><li>Post-op wound healing products</li><li>Weight loss programs</li><li>Hormone replacement</li><li>Other aesthetic services</li></ul>This is a base salary + commission structure.
