RARE POSITION !; WORK ALONGSIDE PLASTIC SURGEONS ANS SPA . LEARN THE ROPES We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven, and clinically skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with current ACLS certification to join our elite plastic surgery and aesthetic practice serving five board-certified plastic surgeons.

This role is ideal for a confident provider who thrives in both post-operative surgical care and aesthetic sales performance.

Sales are expected. This is a salary + commission position.!

Primary Role & Responsibilities

You will serve as the primary postoperative provider, seeing patients at:

• 1-week post-op
• 3-week post-op
• 3-month post-op
• Early post-operative complication evaluations

You will independently run a 2,200 sq ft clinic space with front desk support.

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Postoperative surgical management
• Pre-operative labs and testing coordination
• Medication management in collaboration with physicians
• E-prescribing medications, including narcotics
• Suturing (REQUIRED)
• Wound care management (strongly preferred)
• Chart auditing (mandatory)
• Articulate clinical concerns to physicians when outside scope
• Occasional OR assistance
• Occasional Med-Spa duties

Although there is no formal call schedule, physicians may occasionally request assistance with medication call-ins or clinical matters.

Must meet all TMB requirements and pass a background check.

Aesthetic & Med-Spa Responsibilities

Experience preferred (training available for the right candidate):

• GLP-1 weight loss management (REQUIRED competency)
• Hormone replacement therapy (highly preferred)
• Fillers & Neurotoxins (training available)
• PRP
• IPL

You will actively promote:

• Surgery procedures
• Med-Spa treatments
• GLP-1 weight loss programs
• Hormone therapy
• Retail products
• Promotions and seasonal offers

Sales Expectations (Critical)

This position requires strong sales confidence and ethical upselling skills.

You will:

• Sell postoperative garments
• Sell vitamins and supplements
• Recommend wound healing products
• Sell silicone strips
• Promote hormone therapy
• Promote GLP-1 programs
• Upsell aesthetic treatments
• Drive retail sales

Commission-based earnings include:

• Garments
• Vitamins
• Post-op wound healing products
• Weight loss programs
• Hormone replacement
• Other aesthetic services

This is a base salary + commission structure.
Candidates must have a strong sales background and be comfortable closing treatments and retail sales.

Qualifications

• Active PA or NP license
• Current ACLS certification
• 2+ years in cosmetic or plastic surgery (REQUIRED)
• Suturing experience (VERY preferred)
• Demonstrated competency in GLP-1 management
• Hormone replacement experience strongly preferred
• Wound healing background highly valued
• Strong consultation-to-conversion ability
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable running clinic independently
