As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate on projects that support our business growth and enhance our online presence.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.</li><li>Manage advertising sales initiatives across digital platforms including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and print advertising.</li><li>Create compelling content for various channels such as blogs, email marketing, and social media platforms using copywriting skills.</li><li>Oversee the management of digital assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and HTML to ensure high-quality visual and written content.</li><li>Utilize marketing automation tools and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing efforts.</li><li>Coordinate product management activities including market research, competitive analysis, and supporting product launches.</li><li>Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and track expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.</li><li>Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Support B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with partners and clients through targeted outreach.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience with SEO, social media marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in Google workspace.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.</li><li>Knowledge of print advertising strategies and experience managing multichannel campaigns.</li><li>Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Excellent research skills combined with a creative mindset for developing innovative marketing solutions.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.</li><li>Must work in house, 5 Days a week at our Delray Location</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Knowledge of firearms</li></ul>Pay: $48,715.70 - $65,668.38 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
