 We are seeking a Finance Analyst who is driven and eager to work, with a strong desire to grow within their profession. This individual should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, possess strong data analytics capabilities, and have a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
 
 
 
 Summary:
 
 
 
 The Finance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting financial operations and reporting for our organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Generate and distribute weekly utilization reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update and maintain the daily Cash Management report.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Business Development team to track opportunities and improve revenue forecasting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare client invoicing for a subsidiary of PlexosGroup.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assume standardized reporting responsibilities from Finance &amp; Accounting leads.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Basic Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (candidates will complete three Excel exercises as part of the selection process).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong data analytics capabilities with exceptional attention to detail and quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with financial reporting and cash management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with revenue forecasting and business development tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
 </li>
