Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Finance Analyst who is driven and eager to work, with a strong desire to grow within their profession. The ideal candidate is mature, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality results. This individual should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, possess strong data analytics capabilities, and have a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.

Summary:

The Finance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting financial operations and reporting for our organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and distribute weekly utilization reports.
• Update and maintain the daily Cash Management report.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to track opportunities and improve revenue forecasting.
• Prepare client invoicing for a subsidiary of PlexosGroup.
• Assume standardized reporting responsibilities from Finance & Accounting leads.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (candidates will complete three Excel exercises as part of the selection process).
• Strong data analytics capabilities with exceptional attention to detail and quality.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Experience with financial reporting and cash management.
• Familiarity with revenue forecasting and business development tracking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
