This role blends storytelling, strategy, and community building &mdash; where every post, reel, and reply strengthens our relationship with our audience and amplifies the brand&rsquo;s presence.

 What you&rsquo;ll do

 Manage Plum&rsquo;s social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) with a consistent and engaging brand voice.

 Role Responsibilities

 Create annual budgets + build financial models.

 Manage multiple stakeholders and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the relevant process.

 Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

 Role Requirements

 CA/ MBA finance with 5+ years of experience ideally focused on the technology sector/ start-ups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong data gathering + data massaging skills.
 </li>

 Ability to develop a strong partnership with business leaders; to influence and persuade.

 <li>
 Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem solving.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills, with editorial expertise.
 </li>

 Deep expertise in Excel, Google Spreadsheet, presentations, and models.
 </li>

 Prior experience in business facing roles will be an added advantage.
