 Role &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist Plum&rsquo;s clientele to purchase life insurance products in line with their needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Navigate complex sales cycles in tandem with some of the largest insurers to ensure best-in-class experience for the customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with partner insurers to develop and enhance product offerings, manage day-to-day operations wrt policy booking, placement, and post sales services.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1-3 years of sales experience; preferably at a fast-growing BFSI/B2C Sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to execute highly credible and articulate face-to-face, over the phone, and email conversations.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to pitch complex ideas &amp; products in an elegant, compelling way.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to work with tight targets and timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Eagerness to learn, has a stronger challenger mindset to work at multiple level with different partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience of having worked with an insur-tech / insurer / broker agency is a big plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience of having worked in financial services / personal finance / wealth management space is a good to have.
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive profitable sales &amp; growth for the brand across channels &ndash; Marketplaces, Retail &amp; website to identify opportunities of growth
 </li>
 <li>
 End to end responsibility from planning to execution on all brand building inputs &ndash; Influencer marketing &amp; Media deployment
 </li>
 <li>
 Budget for, manage the execution of, and track the success of all our marketing programs across media &amp; influencer metrics, as well as channel metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 End to End Responsibility of New Product Development &ndash; Scoping trends to determine what NPDs we need to launch when, working with stakeholders to take it from concept to launch
 </li>
 <li>
 Building a business case for new launches &amp; planning their go-to-market across relevant channel
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with supply chain stakeholders to ensure forecasting accuracy &amp; fill rates across all channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively seek out new avenues to drive growth for the category
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience &amp; Qualification
 
 
 
 
 Preferred:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 MBA graduate with good academic record
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in channel (KAM)/growth/category/brand building roles in D2C or FMCG companies
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Mandatory:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 2-3 years of post-MBA work experience in the marketing function OR 4-5 years pre-MBA work experience
 </li>
