The Role</b></h3>

We are seeking a <b>Customer Experience &amp; Product Specialist</b> to join our Operations team in Draper. This isn't your average support role&mdash;you will be the voice of our brand and an internal product champion. You&rsquo;ll blend professional skincare expertise with operational efficiency to build lasting customer loyalty and streamline our global support processes.</p>

We&rsquo;re looking for a proactive, positive professional who can bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and world-class service.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Core Responsibilities</b></h3>
<p><b>
1. High-Touch Customer Support</b> ( 15&ndash;20 hrs/week)</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide expert-level support via email, resolving concerns with empathy and precision.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot product issues and provide technical guidance.</li>
<li>Educate customers on skincare best practices and optimized tool usage.</li>
<li>Engage with our community by responding to brand reviews across multiple platforms.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>2. TikTok Shop Management</b> ( 5 hrs/week)</p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee the health of our TikTok Shop ecosystem.</li>
<li>Monitor fulfillment status and manage customer requests or returns.</li>
<li>Maintain our brand reputation through active review management.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>3. Operational Excellence</b> ( 5 hrs/week)</p>
<ul>
<li>Track and report on customer service KPIs and sentiment to the leadership team.</li>
<li>Assist in managing office inventory and essential supplies.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and the overall customer journey.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>The Ideal Candidate</b></h3>
<ul><li><b>The Professional:</b> You are a <b>Licensed Esthetician</b> with a deep passion for skincare science.</li>
<li><b>The Techie:</b> You are comfortable (or quick to learn) eCommerce tools like <b>Shopify, TikTok Shop, HelpScout,</b> and <b>BazaarVoice</b>.</li>
<li><b>The Communicator:</b> You have a &quot;positive-first&quot; personality and can turn a frustrated customer into a brand advocate.</li>
<li><b>The Strategist:</b> You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and always looking for a more efficient way to get things done.</li>
