We are seeking a Customer Experience & Product Specialist to join our Operations team in Draper. This isn't your average support role—you will be the voice of our brand and an internal product champion. You’ll blend professional skincare expertise with operational efficiency to build lasting customer loyalty and streamline our global support processes.
We’re looking for a proactive, positive professional who can bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and world-class service.
1. High-Touch Customer Support ( 15–20 hrs/week)
2. TikTok Shop Management ( 5 hrs/week)
3. Operational Excellence ( 5 hrs/week)
