The Opportunity An expanding property management firm is looking for a motivated Property Manager to join their growing team. This role offers genuine career progression and the chance to take ownership of a varied portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments. You'll be supported by experienced colleagues and have the opportunity to work towards professional qualifications such as RICS or TPI. The Role You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management, compliance, and upkeep of your portfolio, delivering a high standard of service to clients and residents. Key responsibilities: <ul> <li> Prepare and manage service charge budgets and year-end accounts </li><li> Oversee planned and reactive maintenance </li><li> Ensure health and safety compliance across your sites </li><li> Manage insurance renewals and claims </li><li> Attend AGMs and directors' meetings </li><li> Conduct regular property inspections </li><li> Supervise site staff and contractors </li><li> Handle leasehold sales, subletting, and licence to alter requests </li><li> Manage Section 20 consultations and major works projects </li></ul> About You You're organised, confident, and skilled at building good working relationships. You can balance client communication, compliance, and day-to-day operations with ease.
