Regulatory &amp; Statutory Compliances<ul><li>Ensure timely compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, and Listing Obligations &amp; Disclosure Requirements (LODR).</li><li>Prepare and file necessary forms, returns, disclosures, and submissions with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), SEBI, and Stock Exchanges.</li></ul>2. Board, Committee &amp; Shareholder Meetings<ul><li>Plan, convene, and document Board Meetings, Committee Meetings (Audit, Nomination &amp; Remuneration, CSR, etc.), and AGM/EGM.</li><li>Draft notices, agendas, notes to agenda, resolutions, and minutes in accordance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Maintain and update all statutory registers, records, and minute books.</li></ul>3.
