About the RolePoi &amp; Hun is an online planner and stationery brand looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team in-house. This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, aesthetics, and staying on top of social media trends&mdash;especially within the lifestyle, productivity, and small business space.You&rsquo;ll work closely with the co-founder to bring our brand to life through engaging content, photoshoots, and creative campaigns.Please Read Before Applying<ul><li>This is an in-house position (Lynnwood, WA) &mdash; must have reliable transportation</li><li>Ideal for students or those early in their social media/marketing career</li><li>Looking for someone long-term who is excited about growing with a small business</li><li>Passion for planners, stationery, or productivity content is a big plus</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (how-tos, product features, lifestyle content)</li><li>Assist in developing and executing short-form video concepts, including trending and small business-style content</li><li>Support and collaborate on photoshoots (studio and occasional offsite locations like caf&eacute;s)</li><li>Help plan and style shoots: creating mood boards, sourcing props, and organizing setups</li><li>Schedule and manage content across platforms, including Pinterest</li><li>Assist with Facebook Ads content (creative direction, visuals, basic execution)</li><li>Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages</li><li>Research trends and bring fresh, relevant content ideas weekly</li><li>Assist in outreach to creators for gifted collaborations (templates provided)</li><li>Work 1-on-1 with the co-founder on content and campaign planning</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Comfortable creating content and being part of content creation (photo/video)</li><li>Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends</li><li>Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling</li><li>Basic photography/video skills (iPhone is okay!)</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks</li><li>Positive, flexible, and open to feedback</li><li>Interest in small business, e-commerce, or content creation</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Not Required)<ul><li>Facebook Ads experience</li><li>Video editing (CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)</li><li>Photography experience</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease include your social media portfolio, examples of content you&rsquo;ve created, or any relevant experience in your resume.Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
