 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager who will act as the bridge between business requirements and technology delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience in Banking, Insurance, or Fintech, with a strong ability to gather client requirements, translate them into actionable product documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create clear, comprehensive, and structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and wireframes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business and customer needs into detailed product roadmaps and features.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the Technology team to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and quality output.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously evaluate product performance and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to align with strategic goals and timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring the final product addresses client pain points and delivers tangible value.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Key Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a related role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior exposure to Banking, Insurance, or Fintech products is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in creating PRDs, workflows, wireframes, and user journeys.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, note-taking, and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work collaboratively with Tech, Design, Business, and Operations teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
 </li>
 </ul>
