If you&rsquo;re passionate about oral health and thrive in a collaborative setting, this position is perfect for you!Duties<ul><li>Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing, and periodontal maintenance to promote optimal oral health</li><li>Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories and current dental conditions</li><li>Take digital X-rays</li><li>Assist the doctor with exams and treatment planning</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records, document treatment notes, review documentation for accuracy, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid MN licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current CPR certification</li><li>Proficiency in dental office software such as Softdent preferred, but not required.</li><li>Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and medical coding practices</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Gentle, patient-centered approach</li><li>Reliable and team-oriented</li><li>Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations, dental terminology, and dental records management.
