 Under the supervision of the Vice President of Sales (APAC), the candidate is expected to manage from the Pune office.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Hire, manage and mentor the sales, marketing, technical expertise and administrative teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure continuous development and maintenance of team skills through training and coaching
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate the performance and productivity of the team, implementing improvement plans when necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and expand the current distribution network
 </li>
 <li>
 Research and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve annual objectives and long-term goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor progress and generate monthly performance reports for executive leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating work environment aligned with the InnovMetric Group values
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role
 </li>
 <li>
 Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate a strong leadership presence with emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate excellent management skills and knowledge of different business functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Have a proven track record in strategic planning, operations, and financial management
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate great ability to mobilize your team members and mentor your managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Exhibit strong organizational skills, proactivity and results-driven approach, supported by strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
 </li>
 <li>
 Having a background in manufacturing or metrology is considered an asset
 </li>
