Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives while fostering their love for learning.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies to promote a respectful and cooperative atmosphere.</li><li>Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and support ongoing learning at home.</li><li>Incorporate special education techniques and early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, behavioral incidents, and developmental milestones in compliance with childcare regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior classroom management experience is essential.</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention practices, and behavior management techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with curriculum development.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to plan engaging lessons that foster physical activity, cognitive growth, and social-emotional skills.</li><li>Certification or coursework in early childhood education.
