We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Packaging Staff member to join our team and ensure smooth, timely, and secure order dispatches.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to order requirements.</li><li>Ensure neat, secure, and presentable packaging of all products.</li><li>Prepare shipments in time to meet daily dispatch schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with courier and pick-up teams to ensure timely handover of parcels.</li><li>Maintain packaging supplies and report shortages in advance.</li><li>Willing to work post-office shifts if workload requires.</li><li>Follow company guidelines to maintain efficiency and minimize errors.</li><li>Keep the packaging area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in packaging, warehouse, or e-commerce operations preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to pack neatly and efficiently.</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to workload fluctuations.</li><li>Basic communication skills to coordinate with team members and couriers.</li><li>Willingness to work extended or late shifts when required.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Supportive work environment with growth opportunities.</li><li>Exposure to e-commerce operations and logistics.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>similar work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
