PoochMate is a fast-growing e-commerce business committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless experience to our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Packaging Staff member to join our team and ensure smooth, timely, and secure order dispatches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to order requirements.
• Ensure neat, secure, and presentable packaging of all products.
• Prepare shipments in time to meet daily dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with courier and pick-up teams to ensure timely handover of parcels.
• Maintain packaging supplies and report shortages in advance.
• Willing to work post-office shifts if workload requires.
• Follow company guidelines to maintain efficiency and minimize errors.
• Keep the packaging area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in packaging, warehouse, or e-commerce operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to pack neatly and efficiently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to workload fluctuations.
• Basic communication skills to coordinate with team members and couriers.
• Willingness to work extended or late shifts when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
