With offices in Coconut Creek, Davie and Fort Myers, we specialize in high-end residential pools, spas, and complete backyard transformations.About the RoleWe&rsquo;re seeking an experienced Pool Designer / Sales Consultant who can blend creativity with sales expertise to guide clients from concept to contract.You&rsquo;ll meet homeowners, developers, and architects; capture their vision; design stunning pools using Pool Studio / Structure Studios 3D; and present professional proposals that close.This is a high-income, client-facing role for someone who thrives on relationships, design, and performance.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Meet with qualified leads (provided + self-generated) to understand their project goals.</li><li>Design and present custom 3D backyard concepts using Structure Studios / Pool Studio.</li><li>Prepare detailed proposals and manage the sales process from first contact to signed contract.</li><li>Collaborate with in-house project managers, permitting, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless hand-off.</li><li>Build and nurture relationships with realtors, developers, architects, and high-end clients.</li><li>Represent the Pool Pros Builder brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>High-earning potential: Base + uncapped commission (top reps exceed six figures).</li><li>Strong marketing &amp; lead support &mdash; our brand reputation and online presence drive qualified inquiries daily.</li><li>Access to a dedicated design, permitting, and project-management team so you can focus on selling and designing.</li><li>Creative freedom to design luxury outdoor environments.</li><li>Collaborative, fast-paced culture with growth opportunities in leadership.</li><li>Partnership and incentive programs for top performers.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 1 years experience in pool design, construction, or luxury outdoor living sales.</li><li>Proficiency with Pool Studio / Structure Studios 3D or similar design software.</li><li>Strong sales presentation and closing skills.</li><li>Knowledge of pool construction standards and local permitting process a plus.</li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and client-focused.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>CompensationBase salary + tiered commissions + performance bonuses Six-figure earning potential based on results Additional perks and recognition for top performersJob Type: Full-timePay: $48,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
