Part-Time Construction Bookkeeper &amp; Billing CoordinatorPoolTech of South FloridaPoolTech of South Florida is a boutique luxury residential pool builder specializing in custom high-end pool construction. We are a growing, structured company focused on quality, organization, and long-term scalability.We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Bookkeeper &amp; Billing Coordinator to help strengthen and maintain our financial systems.This is a part-time position (approximately 10&ndash;15 hours per week) with flexibility and long-term growth potential as the company expands.Responsibilities​<ul><li>Manage and maintain QuickBooks Online</li></ul><ul><li>Reconcile bank and credit card accounts</li></ul><ul><li>Track vendor bills and allocate costs by project</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain accurate job costing for active projects</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and send milestone invoices to clients</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain organized financial records</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with monthly financial reporting and CPA coordination</li></ul><ul><li>Help organize historical cost data to support bidding accuracy.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong QuickBooks Online experience (3+ years preferred)</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in construction or project-based bookkeeping strongly preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with job costing and milestone billing</li></ul><ul><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li></ul><ul><li>Able to work independently and handle confidential information.</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>10&ndash;15 hours per week</li></ul><ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul><ul><li>Hybrid (remote with occasional in-office availability preferred)</li></ul>Compensation is competitive and based on experience.Job Type: Part-timePay: $38.00 - $55.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in North Miami Beach, FL 33169
