PoolTech of South Florida is a boutique luxury residential pool builder specializing in custom high-end pool construction. We are a growing, structured company focused on quality, organization, and long-term scalability.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Bookkeeper & Billing Coordinator to help strengthen and maintain our financial systems.

This is a part-time position (approximately 10–15 hours per week) with flexibility and long-term growth potential as the company expands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain QuickBooks Online
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Track vendor bills and allocate costs by project
  • Maintain accurate job costing for active projects
  • Prepare and send milestone invoices to clients
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Maintain organized financial records
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and CPA coordination
  • Help organize historical cost data to support bidding accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Strong QuickBooks Online experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Experience in construction or project-based bookkeeping strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with job costing and milestone billing
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information.

Schedule

  • 10–15 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule
  • Hybrid (remote with occasional in-office availability preferred)

Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $38.00 - $55.00 per hour
