With a team of over 70 personnel and offices at Pune, PCMC, Chakan, Ahmednagar and Solapur, Poona Pneumatic has established itself as a leading reputed supplier of industrial goods and services in Maharashtra.Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team and provide expert technical support and service for our range of air compressors. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of air compressors at customer sites.</li><li>Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues with air compressors and implement effective solutions to resolve them.</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and service visits to ensure optimal performance and reliability of air compressor systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic components, including valves, cylinders, and piping systems.</li><li>Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and analyze compressor performance metrics, such as pressure, flow rate, and temperature.</li><li>Provide technical support and assistance to customers over the phone or via email to troubleshoot issues and answer questions related to air compressor operation and maintenance.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service, to address customer needs and deliver high-quality service.</li><li>Document service activities, including maintenance reports, service logs, and parts usage, in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to air compressor systems.</li><li>Travel to customer sites, as required, to perform service visits and support installation and commissioning projects.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Associate's degree or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 1 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in the air compressor or industrial equipment industry.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and control systems.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Willingness to travel 80% of the time and work occasional weekends or evenings, as required.</li></ul>Note:-(Bike &amp; License is Compulsory )Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you ready to do field work?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Field service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>75% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
