The role involves procurement, vendor management, inventory planning, logistics,and compliance. The candidate must have hands-on experience in supply chain management witha focus on customs, documentation, and logistics coordination.Key Responsibilities1. Supply Chain Planning &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Develop export-focused supply chain strategies aligned with production and global demand.</li><li>Forecast material requirements and ensure timely availability for manufacturing.</li><li>Coordinate with sales and production for smooth order fulfillment.</li></ul>2. Procurement &amp; Vendor Development<ul><li>Source raw materials, components, and packaging for two-wheeler spare parts.</li><li>Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.</li><li>Ensure cost competitiveness, quality compliance, and supplier reliability.</li></ul>3. Inventory Management &amp; Production Support<ul><li>Maintain optimal inventory levels for export orders.</li><li>Ensure synchronization between supply chain and production timelines. Implement best practices for inventory control and warehousing.</li></ul>4. Logistics &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Oversee logistics, shipping schedules, and container bookings.</li><li>Manage customs clearance, export documentation (LC, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.), and</li></ul>compliance with international trade regulations.<ul><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and inspection agencies to ensure on-</li></ul>time deliveries.5.
