Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee our end-to-end supply chain

operations. The role involves procurement, vendor management, inventory planning, logistics,

and compliance. The candidate must have hands-on experience in supply chain management with

a focus on customs, documentation, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Planning & Strategy

  • Develop export-focused supply chain strategies aligned with production and global demand.
  • Forecast material requirements and ensure timely availability for manufacturing.
  • Coordinate with sales and production for smooth order fulfillment.

2. Procurement & Vendor Development

  • Source raw materials, components, and packaging for two-wheeler spare parts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers.
  • Ensure cost competitiveness, quality compliance, and supplier reliability.

3. Inventory Management & Production Support

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels for export orders.
  • Ensure synchronization between supply chain and production timelines. Implement best practices for inventory control and warehousing.

4. Logistics & Documentation

  • Oversee logistics, shipping schedules, and container bookings.
  • Manage customs clearance, export documentation (LC, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.), and

compliance with international trade regulations.

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and inspection agencies to ensure on-

time deliveries.

5. Performance & Improvement

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives in cost reduction, automation, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in supply chain management (export/manufacturing

preferred).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software and systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, WMS).
