This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our digital voice and connect authentically with our community.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and campaign goals.</li><li>Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely responses.</li><li>Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for insights that inform marketing efforts.</li><li>Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to improve visibility in search engine results.</li><li>Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and refine strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with the public relations team to coordinate outreach efforts, press releases, and community engagement initiatives.</li><li>Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager to increase reach through targeted advertising efforts.</li><li>Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance campaign visuals.</li><li>Support e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product content and promotional materials for online sales channels.</li><li>Maintain strong relationship management with influencers, partners, and community members to foster brand loyalty.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing roles with a portfolio of successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools including Google Analytics.</li><li>Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and familiarity with digital advertising best practices.</li><li>Excellent writing skills with an eye for proofreading to ensure clear, engaging messaging free of errors.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills to engage with stakeholders effectively across various channels.</li><li>Basic photography and video editing skills to produce compelling visual content for diverse platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends actively.
