Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).</li><li>Coordinate with functional heads to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.</li></ul>2. Employee Engagement &amp; Development<ul><li>Plan and execute employee engagement activities to drive motivation and retention.</li><li>Support learning &amp; development initiatives, including training coordination and feedback collection.</li><li>Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and suggest improvements.</li></ul>3. HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/DMS.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops &amp; Establishment Act, etc.).</li><li>Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave administration.</li></ul>4. Performance Management<ul><li>Assist in implementation of performance appraisal systems.</li><li>Track probation reviews, appraisals, and KRA/KPI alignments.</li><li>Support managers in addressing performance gaps.</li></ul>5. Employee Relations &amp; Discipline<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.</li><li>Support disciplinary proceedings in line with organizational policies.</li><li>Foster positive work culture and employee relations.</li></ul>6. HR Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare MIS reports on recruitment, attrition, headcount, and other HR metrics.</li><li>Provide insights to management for data-driven HR decisions.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliances.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/DMS).</li><li>Problem-solving, people management, and conflict resolution skills.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile dealership / manufacturing / retail sector/Non IT.</li><li>Exposure to dealership HR processes (Sales, Service, and Support functions) will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
