Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
- Coordinate with functional heads to fulfill manpower requirements within timelines.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.
2. Employee Engagement & Development
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to drive motivation and retention.
- Support learning & development initiatives, including training coordination and feedback collection.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and suggest improvements.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/DMS.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave administration.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Track probation reviews, appraisals, and KRA/KPI alignments.
- Support managers in addressing performance gaps.
5. Employee Relations & Discipline
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
- Support disciplinary proceedings in line with organizational policies.
- Foster positive work culture and employee relations.
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports on recruitment, attrition, headcount, and other HR metrics.
- Provide insights to management for data-driven HR decisions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/DMS).
- Problem-solving, people management, and conflict resolution skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile dealership / manufacturing / retail sector/Non IT.
- Exposure to dealership HR processes (Sales, Service, and Support functions) will be an added advantage.
