POSITION OVERVIEW We seek a highly skilled and committed HSE Officer to support mechanical tank projects in the UAE. This role is for a safety professional who understands heavy mechanical works, respects regulatory compliance and leads with discipline, clarity and accountability.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Implement and monitor Health, Safety and Environment policies on site;</li><li>Ensure compliance with DM Code of Construction Practice and DEWA regulations;</li><li>Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks and safety inductions;</li><li>Monitor mechanical activities and ensure safe work practices;</li><li>Prepare safety reports, audits and incident documentation;</li><li>Coordinate with site teams to maintain zero accident culture;</li><li>Enforce ISO standards and best practices across all operations;</li><li>Promote awareness and behavioral safety culture on site.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; CERTIFICATIONS <ul><li>BTech or BE in Mechanical Engineering;</li><li>3 Year Mechanical Diploma;</li><li>NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001, IOSH, ISO 45003:2021;</li><li>Other relevant HSE certifications will be an advantage.</li></ul>EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Minimum 4 - 5 years UAE or GCC experience in the mechanical sector;</li><li>Proven experience in mechanical tank works;</li><li>Strong working knowledge of UAE safety regulations;</li><li>Familiarity with DM Code construction practice and DEWA regulations is mandatory.</li></ul>ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA<ul><li>Must be available for immediate hiring;</li><li>Candidate must be on Cancel Visa or Visit Visa; &bull; Must be physically present in the UAE for in-person interview.</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
