HSE Officer

POSITION OVERVIEW
We seek a highly skilled and committed HSE Officer to support mechanical tank projects in the UAE. This role is for a safety professional who understands heavy mechanical works, respects regulatory compliance and leads with discipline, clarity and accountability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety and Environment policies on site;
• Ensure compliance with DM Code of Construction Practice and DEWA regulations;
• Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks and safety inductions;
• Monitor mechanical activities and ensure safe work practices;
• Prepare safety reports, audits and incident documentation;
• Coordinate with site teams to maintain zero accident culture;
• Enforce ISO standards and best practices across all operations;
• Promote awareness and behavioral safety culture on site.

QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

• BTech or BE in Mechanical Engineering;
• 3 Year Mechanical Diploma;
• NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001, IOSH, ISO 45003:2021;
• Other relevant HSE certifications will be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 4 - 5 years UAE or GCC experience in the mechanical sector;
• Proven experience in mechanical tank works;
• Strong working knowledge of UAE safety regulations;
• Familiarity with DM Code construction practice and DEWA regulations is mandatory.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Must be available for immediate hiring;
• Candidate must be on Cancel Visa or Visit Visa; • Must be physically present in the UAE for in-person interview.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
