Job Title: Safety Officer

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Safety Officer with minimum 3 years of UAE experience in high-rise building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety standards at the construction site and ensuring compliance with company and local safety regulations. The candidate must also be able to handle safety documentation and reporting using computers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations at construction sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure proper use of PPE by all workers.
• Prepare and maintain safety documents, reports, and records using computer systems.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for workers.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and supervisors on safety matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience as Safety Officer in high-rise building construction.
• Knowledge of safety documentation and reporting in computer (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
• Relevant safety certification (NEBOSH / IOSH preferred).
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to identify workplace hazards and implement preventive measures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
