Food Production Quality Control Officer Required

We are looking for a Quality Control Officer for Food Production who has experience and strong knowledge of ISO, HACCP processes and procedures, and Food Watch regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
• Implement and follow ISO and HACCP procedures
• Ensure compliance with Food Watch and food safety regulations
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections in production
• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with production team to improve food safety and quality

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in food production quality control
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, HACCP, and Food Watch system
• Good understanding of food safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills

المتطلبات:

• خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في مراقبة الجودة في الإنتاج الغذائي
• معرفة قوية بمعايير ISO ونظام HACCP ونظام Food Watch
• فهم جيد لإجراءات سلامة الغذاء
• دقة عالية ومهارات ممتازة في إعداد التقارير
