The Role
The Senior HR Manager will play a strategic leadership role within the firm’s people and culture function, providing high-level human resource management, advisory, and operational oversight across the firm’s operations. Reporting to the Managing Partner. the Senior HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the firm’s HR strategy in alignment with business objectives. The role involves leading talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR compliance. The Senior HR Manager will oversee HR policies and procedures, ensure adherence to employment laws and best practices, and implement initiatives that foster a high -performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee the full spectrum of human resources operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the firm’s business objectives and UAE labor regulations. • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees. • Manage and enhance performance management systems, ensuring effective goal setting,appraisals, and succession planning. • Oversee compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment with market standards. • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate HR documentation and records. • Provide strategic HR advisory support to senior management and partners on organizational development, change management, and workforce optimization. • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention. • Lead learning and development initiatives, including training programs and leadership development frameworks. • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling. • Oversee HR reporting, analytics, and dashboards to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. • Contribute strategically to enhancing the firm’s people governance, culture, and long-term QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) preferred. • 5–7 years of progressive experience in human resource management, preferably within professional services • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and regulatory compliance requirements. • Proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development. • Experience leading HR transformation initiatives and managing change within growing organizations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to provide strategic HR insights, workforce planning, and people-focused solutions aligned with business goals. • Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
