HR Officer

Floorworld LLC, the largest flooring company in the Middle East, is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to support the company’s growing operational needs and ensure smooth HR processes across all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Submit and manage leave requests in Zoho People.
• Arrange flight tickets as required.
• Prepare official documents including letters, certificates, and memos.
• Coordinate with other departments to assist with HR-related inquiries.
• Arrange medical insurance for new employees.
• Handle Workmen’s Compensation Insurance processes.
• Calculate overtime and ensure entry in Zoho Payroll.
• Assist in payroll processing.
• Handle HR escalations and disputes.
• Update employee information and ensure all documents are maintained in Zoho People.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Manage insurance claims and reimbursements.
• Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing and shortlisting candidates for interviews.
• Handle registration and renewal of company vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicle-related systems are functional, including Salik/Darb, GPS trackers, and fuel tags (ADNOC/ENOC VIP Tags).
• Manage vehicle allocation to staff based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with Purchase and Marketing teams on vehicle advertisement matters such as rectifications, new branding, and rebranding.
• Maintain accurate and updated vehicle information in Zoho People.
• Coordinate with the Health & Safety Manager for regular vehicle inspections.
• Monitor and track traffic fines.

Requirements:

• Available to join immediately.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
• Experience or familiarity with HR systems, RTA processes, and other government portals.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
