<div>Description:

Port to Port International is hiring an HR Assistant to support our Human Resources operations in New Castle, DE. This is a fully on-site position and reports to the HR Manager. The role is focused on administrative support, organization, and helping bring structure and consistency to HR operations.
This is a hands-on position that will work closely with HR leadership to support employees, maintain accurate records, and improve day-to-day HR processes.
Requirements: 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Organize, clean up, and maintain employee files (digital and physical)</li><li>Assist employees with HR-related questions including PTO balances and basic requests</li><li>Support onboarding and ensure employee documentation is complete and organized</li><li>Enter and update employee information in HR systems (Paylocity experience is a plus)</li><li>Track HR documents, forms, and acknowledgments</li><li>Help improve and maintain organization within HR processes and records</li><li>Provide administrative support directly to the HR Manager</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>Bilingual English and Spanish required</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR or administrative support</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)</li><li>Paylocity experience is a plus, not required</li></ul>
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM 
Some Saturdays may be required initially based on business needs and to support organizational efforts

Compensation
$18&ndash;$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
