This role is ideal for a leader who values quality, service, and creating a first-class resident experience.As the on-site leader, the Community Manager is responsible for achieving occupancy and revenue goals, managing expenses, and ensuring the community operates at the highest standard. This role plays a critical part in building a strong team culture and maintaining a vibrant, well-managed community.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership &amp; Team Development<ul><li>Lead, coach, and inspire on-site team members to achieve property goals</li><li>Oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management</li><li>Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team environment</li></ul>Financial &amp; Operational Performnce<ul><li>Drive occupancy and rental revenue in alignment with budget expectations</li><li>Monitor and control expenses to meet financial goals</li><li>Communicate financial performance to ownership and leadership</li><li>Oversee rent collections and maintain low delinquency levels</li></ul>Leasing &amp; Marketing<ul><li>Lead all leasing efforts and ensure occupancy targets are met</li><li>Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies</li><li>Prepare and implement annual marketing plans</li><li>Ensure accuracy and compliance in all lease documentation</li></ul>Resident Experience<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and stakeholders</li><li>Resolve concerns quickly and professionally</li><li>Deliver a high level of customer service to enhance resident satisfaction</li></ul>Operations &amp; Community Oversight<ul><li>Conduct daily community walks and regular inspections</li><li>Maintain exceptional curb appeal and overall property standards</li><li>Manage office and maintenance supply inventory</li><li>Partner with Maintenance to ensure efficient unit turns and preventative care</li><li>Oversee key control, security systems, and operational processes</li></ul>Legal &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local housing laws</li><li>Maintain strict adherence to Fair Housing regulations</li><li>Oversee proper lease execution, notices, and delinquency procedures</li><li>Ensure compliance with security deposit handling and legal requirements</li><li>Monitor vendor compliance, insurance, and risk management practices</li></ul>Note: CAM license not required for conventional multifamily propertiesQualifications<ul><li>Proven leadership and team management experience</li><li>Strong financial comprehension, including budgeting and reporting</li><li>Knowledge of property management operations and leasing strategies</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>On-site position (in person)</li><li>Combination of office responsibilities and outdoor community inspections</li><li>Ability to walk the property and inspect units regularly</li></ul>Systems &amp; Software<ul><li>Entrata Property Management</li><li>Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and insurance coverage (company-paid for employee)</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
