Estero Vista offers a sophisticated, boutique-style living experience, and we are looking for a Community Manager who can match that standard. This role is ideal for a leader who values quality, service, and creating a first-class resident experience.
As the on-site leader, the Community Manager is responsible for achieving occupancy and revenue goals, managing expenses, and ensuring the community operates at the highest standard. This role plays a critical part in building a strong team culture and maintaining a vibrant, well-managed community.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and inspire on-site team members to achieve property goals
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team environment
Financial & Operational Performnce
- Drive occupancy and rental revenue in alignment with budget expectations
- Monitor and control expenses to meet financial goals
- Communicate financial performance to ownership and leadership
- Oversee rent collections and maintain low delinquency levels
Leasing & Marketing
- Lead all leasing efforts and ensure occupancy targets are met
- Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies
- Prepare and implement annual marketing plans
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all lease documentation
Resident Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and stakeholders
- Resolve concerns quickly and professionally
- Deliver a high level of customer service to enhance resident satisfaction
Operations & Community Oversight
- Conduct daily community walks and regular inspections
- Maintain exceptional curb appeal and overall property standards
- Manage office and maintenance supply inventory
- Partner with Maintenance to ensure efficient unit turns and preventative care
- Oversee key control, security systems, and operational processes
Legal & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local housing laws
- Maintain strict adherence to Fair Housing regulations
- Oversee proper lease execution, notices, and delinquency procedures
- Ensure compliance with security deposit handling and legal requirements
- Monitor vendor compliance, insurance, and risk management practices
Note: CAM license not required for conventional multifamily properties
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong financial comprehension, including budgeting and reporting
- Knowledge of property management operations and leasing strategies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment
- On-site position (in person)
- Combination of office responsibilities and outdoor community inspections
- Ability to walk the property and inspect units regularly
